Pathanamthitta to get ISO certification?

Ok. Here is some good news from Kerala. According to this report, Pattanamthitta may soon get ISO certification for its government related operations.
Whether it is getting a certificate, a matter of revenue recovery, internal auditing or social issues, all programmes and policies have to be over within a deadline.
The idea of improving government service operations was conceived by the previous collector Ashok Kumar and it was continued by the "demolition man" - Narayana Swamy.
The main task before the revenue administration was ensuring smooth internal auditing in various offices. Once the government staff members were sensitised and trained, there was no looking back.
Sounds too good to be true.
