Tragedy at Thattekadu

Over 20 children and 3 teachers died today when the boat carrying them to the thattekkadu bird sanctuary capsized. It is one of the biggest tragedies in recent Kerala history.
The boats operating at this tourist centre were without license. Also most of them were old and unusable. How did these boats operate without license? In one word - Bribe.
