Thejaswini in technopark to open on Feb 22

Kerala’s IT park (Technopark) will become the largest IT park in India when the new building Thejaswini is inaugurated. Kerala chief minister V S Achuthanandan will inaugurate the building on February 22. Operations in Thejaswini are expected to start soon. Thejaswini has 12 floors and a total built up area of over 600,000 square feet. It is estimated that Thejaswini will provide at least 5,000 more jobs in Technopark.

Major companies like Infosys, US Technology, Allianz etc. will be operating out of Tejaswini. A large food court (Planet Yumm) is also planned in the building.
A lot of new company campuses are coming up all around Technopark. These include IBS, Infosys, TCS etc. It is estimated that in 2-3 years, 15,000 jobs will be created in IT sector.
