Update on the copyright crusade of Rishiraj

Thank god. Finally Kerala court came to the rescue of thousands of CD shop owners. Today in its judgement court has said that shops can continue to lend the CDs. The case will be reconsidered in full detail by court again.
Court also said that during any raids all the legal proceedings must be adhered (For example, First information report).
It is irony at its best. Marxist government, which claims to be the party of the people looks other side when poor CD shop owners are harassed by an over enthusiastic cop. A court which LDF now claims as “anti-people” comes to the rescue of the people!
I have only one thing to tell the LDF goverment. Do not be fooled by beaurocracy. They are only trying to ensure that you are out in the next election. Control “over enthusiastic” officials, or else you will be out even before completing 5 years!
