Stories for children by Achayan

Achayan (Joseph Narimattom) has started a new blog featuring adventure stories for children. He has started off with the novel “Valley of the Mountain Goddess”,
The bus was late. It screeched to a halt like a hot and panting horse. A handful of passengers got down hurriedly, the bus crew almost shoving them down into the chilly morning. Suddenly out in the cold, Sabu stood shivering, watching the bus going over the hills till it vanished from sight.
The very smell of the place, sweet with the aroma of cardamom, was so familiar that he began to feel a strange excitement. He looked around. It was like meeting a close friend after a long period.
