Self financing mess continued

Now the self financing college association says,
We will do 100% admission. We won’t use entrance rank alone as it is not transparent. We are going to look at a lot of parameters before giving admission.
This is the funniest statement I have seen lately. Note that word “transparent”. Self financing college association using the word - Transparent!!!
According to them any rich fellow can pay money, go for coaching and get high marks in entrance exam, but the same cannot be done in pre-degree examination! :)
There are even agents who can rewrite your marklists in University!

The management of self-fianncing colleges want to make maximum money. SFI wants to oppose that at all costs and disrupt normal college life. Caught in the cross-fire are the poor guys who made the “mistake” of writing an engg entrance and get a good rank
Am thankful i passed out long ago.

how can the higher management fee in govt self financing college be justfied
