Kanai Kunjiraman masterpiece at Kollam beach

Kollam beach is just one kilometre from main NH 47 road. There is a railway crossing in between and sometimes you may get stuck there for an hour! But still a visit to Kollam beach is worth spending your time.
The first thing you notice on the beach is the nude woman made of rock looking at the sea. It is a huge artwork and most people are intimidated by it. I wanted to have a closer look at the statue, but my wife won’t allow me to do so! 
But it is not so bad as the yakshi at the shangumugham beach! I am scared that Kanayi Kunjiraman might visit Idukki and convert all the giant rocks to something like this…
