Looks like a unique and fascinating place! Ofcourse, using sustainable building materials and renewable energy resources is a great plus point for promoting the place in eco-tourism, along with the incredible bio-diversity of the surrounding region! Will definitely recommend it to friends visiting India. Thanks for sharing -PS
