So what you say is that the managements should be allowed to run amok and charge any amount of fees as they want? And the judiciary sure is sensible. Since it likes to keep making new contradictory judgements.
Entrance exam was started because the court said it was needed. Now they are saying it is not needed. Heck, that is one confused court.
