Year of Malayalam blogs

I think 2007 will see a surge of Malayalam blogs. There are a lot of Malayalam blogs coming up every day on blogspot. Of course many of them becomes an orphan within a week or so.
I have a special love for photo blogs. Photo blogs are inherently more powerful than text blogs. Here is a photo titled embrace by Shajahan on Jalakam. See, it brought a smile on your face, right?

It is nice to see blogs in your mother tongue. But I have always found reading Malayalam blogs very laborious. For example, Why should “Kerala Vishesham” be “Karela Vishesham”?
Is it a problem with my software or is it a problem with computerisation of malayalam fonts?
Only if someone could explain !!!
